TechSpire App Store & Engineering Studio Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, installing, or using any software, Android application, or website service provided by TechSpire (including https://www.techspireappstore.top), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use our software.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All software source code, algorithms, visual UI elements, icons, trademarks, logos, audio tracks, and textual content published under TechSpire are the exclusive intellectual property of TechSpire and its licensors. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

3. License Grant & Restrictions

Subject to these terms, TechSpire grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download and execute our applications solely for your personal, non-commercial productivity and utility purposes.

You agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the applications.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on TechSpire software.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary copyright or trademark notices.
• Bypass or disable any security, licensing, or ad-serving mechanisms built into the applications.

4. Google Play & Device Usage

When obtaining TechSpire applications via the Google Play Store, your usage is also subject to Google Play’s Terms of Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring your hardware device meets the minimum operating system requirements (e.g., Android 8.0+) specified on each app’s detail page.

5. Purchases & Monetization

Certain applications may offer optional premium features, ad-removal packages, or digital goods through Google Play In-App Billing. All billing transactions are processed securely by Google LLC. Refund requests are subject to Google Play’s standard consumer refund policies.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

TECHSPIRE APPLICATIONS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APPLICATIONS WILL OPERATE UNINTERRUPTED, COMPLETELY ERROR-FREE, OR WITHOUT OCCASIONAL COMPATIBILITY ANOMALIES ACROSS ALL THIRD-PARTY HARDWARE ECOSYSTEMS.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TECHSPIRE, ITS DIRECTORS, DEVELOPERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, DEVICE DAMAGE, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE OUR APPLICATIONS.

8. User Conduct & Prohibitions

You agree not to use TechSpire tools for unlawful activities, distributing malicious software, attempting unauthorized server access, or transmitting fraudulent communications.

9. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our applications or online services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, in the event of any breach of these Terms.
